Kristin graduated from Marquette University with a Master of Physical Therapy degree in 1999. She has worked in pediatric, outpatient orthopedic, and sports medicine clinics throughout the country, and officially joined the Health In Balance team in 2014. Kristin has advanced training in biomechanical running analysis including prescription of custom orthotics; prevention and rehabilitation from running-related injury including low back, hip, knee, ankle, and foot issues; prevention and rehabilitation from throwing and serving-related injury including shoulder and elbow issues; Graston Technique for alleviating soft tissue restriction; and pelvic wellness including treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, and pre-natal and post-partum issues. Kristin lives in Mequon and stays active keeping up with her three busy guys: husband, Erich and sons, Andrew and Landon.
