“Insurance info on Zocdoc not correct - definitely should confirm with office if they participate in your plan - the office did inform me ahead of time after scheduling that they didn’t accept my insurance. I went ahead with the appointment because of Dr Sapienza’s specialty, and I am glad I did. She listened to my concerns and addressed all of them, explained why she was recommending what she recommended - I felt valued and cared for - she is an excellent clinical and I am so glad to be working with her ”

Wonderful therapist! Insurance info was incorrect on Zoc Doc and services were out of network. Confusing but she’s great.

Dr. Sapienza is so wonderful! I’ve been seeing her for pelvic floor therapy and on our first appointment she made me feel so at ease. I recommend her to anyone looking for a physical therapist.

The office is as a whole is welcoming, modern and there was no waiting. The staff was friendly and efficient. Kristin is amazing. Her knowledge of my condition and women’s health is extensive. Kristin explained everything in a way that I could understand. We discussed short term and long term goals and I feel I am in caring hands. I will be recommending Kristin and Integrative Spine and Sports to everyone!
Kristin is an absolute delight. She is very attentive and able to pin-point problems causing referred pain. The clinic is really clean and well-equipped and the staff are all really friendly. I like the fact that Kristin is looking for a way to get you better so you don't have to keep receiving treatment, you don't feel like she's trying to get you to keep coming back to make money from you. Very good experience.

I've seen many therapists over the years. I have couple that I really like, but due to my new job, I had to find someone near Bryant Park. I tried few, but they did not really work out. I thought all hope was gone, then I met Kristin. She is amazing! She looks at the whole body mechanics, not just the place that hurts. She goes right to the source of mechanics causing the pain. For lower back issues, there are very few therapists that know how to address it properly. She is definitely one of them. I did not even come to her to fix the lower back pain, but she fixed it because it was causing problems to my upper back and somewhat to my ankle. My ankle was hurting on the right, she figured it was because my muscles on the left side had a spam causing twisting and hurt on the right side. Two therapies with Kristen, and the pain that I endured for months was gone. Truly exceptional! Not only that. She gives follow up exercises to help me keep pain free. Also her booking staff is also very good. I rarely have to wait any time.
Kristin was AMAZING! I don't usually leave reviews but she was so good I figured I would. I came with a pain in my harmstring and she immediately identified the issue and she made it feel much better in minutes and showed me exercises to avoid that in the future! The only drawback is that they don't take most insurances and the consultation was a bit expensive ... BUT worth every penny for me.

I haven't had the best track record with doctor's recently so I am happy I found her. She's empathetic and seems to care about the pain I am in! She also presented herself in a professional and knowledgeable way so we shall see.
Kristin is the best! But please note that she is not in-network with United Healthcare Oxford Freedom, as was indicated on Zoc Doc

FANTASTIC! I felt that she really knew how to pinpoint my problem area. Best thing she told me was that we can work through with PT and I wouldn't have to worry about not exercising (some PTs have told me that I have to give up or modify completely - not really an option for me). She is helping me improve my overall alignment and I could not recommend her enough.

Kristin is amazing! She takes the time to understand your issues and make you feel comfortable. I cannot recommend her services enough. I see her a couple of times a week and always have a great experience with everyone who works here.

I cannot speak highly enough about my physical therapist, Kristin Sapienza. Unfortunately, I have multiple issues, some due to accidents, some due to aging. Kristin has been extremely conscientious with my care. In some cases, I've felt immediate relief, and with other problem areas, Kristin has tried multiple options to relieve my pain. Although she works hard to alleviate my pain, Kristin has never (nor does anyone in this practice) recommended that I come back repeatedly over a period of months. When I feel relief, I stop. When I have another problem, we work on that. Kristin constantly keeps herself up-to-date through seminars and weekend classes. Her demeanor is always pleasant, encouraging and professional. I feel fortunate to have found such a capable and caring partner in my care.
Dr. Kristin is professional, creative, and caring. She has consistently given helpful and healing care for my injured shoulder. I highly recommend her.
Everytime I go see Kristin I feel better! She knows how to address whatever issue I am experiencing and provides exercises that I can do on my own. I have been seeing her regularly for about 2 years and am now at a point where I can taper my visits - only because of how much she helped and how knowledgeable she is about Physical therapy. I also really enjoy talking to her.
I have been to many other physical therapists over the years and Kristin spent a lot of time with me in helping to get me better.
I highly recommend Kristin, she was excellent, very knowledgable and caring, she immediately pinpointed my problems and treated them. I have been to many other physical therapists in the past and never was able to find any relief. I walked in having a great deal of pain and walked out feeling like a new man. If you are looking for a physical therapist, she is the one to go see. By far the very best. Thank you so much for all your help, I will be back.
