My approach I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 14 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children. I help individuals, couples, and families clarify goals and build stronger, more authentic relationships — both with themselves and with others. My practice is culturally affirming, gender-affirming, LGBTQIA+, and BIPOC-friendly. Grounded in a client-centered, strengths-based perspective and informed by traditional theoretical approaches, I support clients in exploring and healing the wounds of the past. This work opens the door to greater emotional freedom and self-understanding. Managing mental health concerns while strengthening relational skills in the present can lay the foundation for a future grounded in purpose and meaning. My focus I believe in meeting clients where they are. I embody a humanistic approach that emphasizes each individual's inherent potential for growth, self-actualization, and autonomy. I view people as fundamentally good and capable of meaningful change. My work is centered on promoting personal growth, deepening self-awareness, and helping individuals cultivate a sense of purpose and meaning in their lives. My communication style I strive to be relational in my communication with patients — not overly formal or polished, but real. I value directness and transparency, and I model that in how I show up.
