Allow her to introduce herself, Dr. Lauren Lynass is a Doctor of Physical Therapy but also a guitar player, singing-in-the-shower vocalist, Airstream travel trailer living, book fanatic, runner, lover of all dogs, and ice cream connoisseur. Having navigated the frustrations of the current healthcare system, she understands that it can be extremely difficult to find a clinician that has the time to spend with you, one that can be an active listener and spend the necessary time needed to invest in you and your care, and a provider that you do not have to wait weeks to get in to see. Just like she is more than just a Doctor of Physical Therapy she also recognizes that you are so much more than just a client and she wants to get to know every important aspect of your life that has gotten you here today and where you want to go! Dr. Lauren Lynass enjoys treating clients during all parts of life and has experience in treating infants, runners, running-related and sports injuries, the "weekend warriors" who can't get enough, and overhead athletes. Being a Certified Running Gait Analyst really helps her dive into a runner's needs and specific training and her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification allows her to go beyond rehab and truly address program design for different strength-specific needs and goals. Dr. Lauren Lynass can't wait to get to know you, she's always open to a good book suggestion or two!
