About Dr. Lauren O'Shea

Lauren O'Shea PT, DPT, has been treating in the DC area for over 10 years. Lauren's initial interest in Physical Therapy began after a soccer injury that resulted in her first ACL reconstruction in college. She has had her fair share of injuries since and has worked in a variety of outpatient settings, which made her realize just how important one on one care is in not only getting a patient back to what they love, but in being able to build that relationship with the patient. She has a special interest in treating athletes and lfiers, taking the extra time to familiarize herself with their craft to allow for more personalized care. In her free time, Lauren loves to work out, play soccer and hang out with her pup Tiki.
