With over 12 years of experience as a doctor of Physical Therapy, Lauren brings passion and the drive for continued learning to her work. Lauren attended the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences for her doctorate and received her Bachelors and Masters from University of Florida (Go Gators!). She began her career in outpatient orthopedics, where she developed a deep love for helping weekend warriors and high school athletes return to active, pain-free lives. After taking time to raise her family and gaining valuable experience in home health, Lauren is thrilled to return to the orthopedic and sports therapy world she’s always loved. Known for her compassionate approach and desire for improved patient outcomes, Lauren is dedicated to personalized care that empowers patients through movement and recovery.
