She was always on top of my therapy session’s, adapting and changing things up as needed for progress. She definitely helped increase my strength beyond what I thought was possible. With over 12 years of experience as a doctor of Physical Therapy, Lauren brings passion and the drive for continued learning to her work. Lauren attended the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences for her doctorate and received her Bachelors and Masters from University of Florida (Go Gators!). She began her career in outpatient orthopedics, where she developed a deep love for helping weekend warriors and high school athletes return to active, pain-free lives. After taking time to raise her family and gaining valuable experience in home health, Lauren is thrilled to return to the orthopedic and sports therapy world she’s always loved.
Known for her compassionate approach and desire for improved patient outcomes, Lauren is dedicated to personalized care that empowers patients through movement and recovery.

I visit with Lauren twice a week over the past two months to help me with a shoulder-related issue. Lauren has been patient, understanding and supportive. She has helped relieve me of pain and strengthen supporting muscles through multiple treatments and exercises. Lauren is knowledgeable and problem solves. She is always thinking of ways to make things better.

I am so blessed that I received treatment at improved motions physical therapy. The staff was amazing! Lauren Paulin really helped me. My injury was becoming hard to deal with. Thanking God that I went to Lauren. Her knowledge of rehab healed me! I would highly recommend this physical therapy facility.

lauren is a very knowledgeable therapist. she is very thorough and has a treatment plan already in mind when i get there. i feel that she thinks about her patients and really thinks about what treatment will get th
em to meet their goals. she is thorough and does what needs to be done even when it may not feel great. she has helped me so much and i am grateful that she is my therapist.
