Lauren grew up in Marble Falls, TX, where she first developed a love for fitness. She played basketball, volleyball, and softball in her youth. In college at The University of Texas at Austin, Lauren met her now husband, who introduced her to the sport of Olympic weightlifting. After competing for a few years, she joined a CrossFit club on campus. Through these athletic endeavors, Lauren personally experienced many injuries that sparked her interest in pursuing a career in physical therapy. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College in Knoxville. Lauren's passion for fitness, rehabilitation, and performance training has continued to evolve and grow. She enjoys honing her physical therapy knowledge and skills to better serve her patients. In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, being outdoors, and communing with her church family at Alamo Ranch Community Church.
