The team at Evolve work together to get you feeling better. Although it's located in a gym and there are lots of sweaty bodies, the area always smells nice and they continually sanitize the tables and replace fresh towels. Levy is kind and explains his rationale for all the exercises/massages he applies which makes it easier for me to perform the exercises at home. I am overall pleased with Evolve Physical Therapy at Mill Basin.

My dad's OBSESSED with Evolve - his physical therapist, Levi always provides top notch care. Good thing I found Evolve for my dad - otherwise, he'd still have pain and would be consistently complaining about said pain.

I see Levi at the Mill Basin location and he has helped me with my neck, back and legs.
For a long time, I never thought PT worked but with Levi and Evolve, it's been such a huge difference since starting there!

Levi from the Mill Basin location is an amazing PT. I came in for lower back pain that had been bothering me for weeks. He was thorough in assessing exactly where the pain was and possible causes. He explained all exercises and treatments to me and ensured that I had a good outlook on my plan.
I would recommend him for any PT needs.

Working with evolve and Levi has been phenomenal. Levi is very understanding and informative, a great listener and communicator.
3 months ago I could barely walk w/o a walker and intense pain as a result of my chemo.
Now i am walking without even a cane, and the pain is now only minimal, and
I continue to see great improvement every week! I hope to be pain free and able to run soon. Thanks Levi and evolve! (Shout out to Luis as well, who filled in when Levi was off for a few weeks. Just as great).

Excellent therapists and Assitant therapist. Chris and Levi were my 2 therapists depending on when I could go- both excellent. Clean environment. A very positive experience. And my shoulder following a humerus fracture is 95% recovered with activities of daily living once again doable!

Had the pleasure of working with Levi to rehab my shoulder from an impingement. He was able to help me get back in shape and also helped me retrain my form on exercises so it won't trigger the injury again. Very satisfied with the care I received and it's conveniently located in my gym harbor fitness.
