Physical Therapist
2445 Congress St, Portland, ME
I’m a fellowship-trained orthopedic manual physical therapist and the owner of Engine Room Performance Physical Therapy in Portland, Maine. I help active adults move better, get stronger, and return to the things they love through an individualized, evidence-based approach. My treatment philosophy centers on building self-efficacy and improving function. I combine manual therapy, targeted mobility work, and strength training principles within a biopsychosocial framework so we address both the symptoms and the underlying drivers of your pain or limitation. I specialize in the treatment and management of acute and chronic low back and neck pain, sports and work-related injuries, and pre- and post-operative ACL rehabilitation. I also have a special interest in working with soccer players and board-sport athletes who want to reduce injury risk and confidently return to their sport. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Simmons College in 2017, followed by advanced fellowship training in orthopedic manual physical therapy. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, preparing for surgery, or aiming to feel and perform better day to day, my goal is to help you move with confidence and build long-term resilience.
