“My 10 year old son required physical therapy for muscle stamina after having the flu. I wanted the very best for him since he is a year-round athlete. I found that with David and Lindsey. They were creative, encouraging, patient and most importantly supportive while they allowed him to challenge himself during all of the sessions. Their hours are great and more than accommodating. In order to complete physical therapy with our demanding sports calendar, my son had 7am appointments before school. Not once did he fight me waking up early to go. In fact, when it was over, he wished it never had to end. I’m so thankful for their accommodations, support and help during a stressful and challenging time in my young athletes life.”

About Lindsay Byers

Lindsay has been practicing physical therapy since 2008, when she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. After graduating, she worked closely with a mentor in the outpatient setting, developing a passion for manual therapy. She then set out to see the US, working as a traveling PT for nine years in seven states. She worked in several settings, including acute rehab, skilled nursing, and home care before returning to her true clinical roots in the outpatient setting. Furthering her skills in manual therapy, she has taken two Maitland Therapy courses and will be continuing these studies in the near future. She has also developed an interest in pain sciences, working with chronic and abnormal pain patients after coursework by David Butler and Lorrimer Moseley. She has completed training for Pelvic Health Physical Therapy with the APTA. When she isn't treating patients or managing the Marion clinic, she spends time exploring New England with her four-year-old son, Benjamin Michael. She makes frequent trips back home to Kentucky and is a true country girl-gardening, raising bees, and riding horses.

Knee recovery from partial knee replacement.I am very pleased with my results. The massages were my favorite part. Also learning new exercises to help with quad strengthening and balance. I would definitely recommend professional PT.
I was recently treated for a total hip replacement at Professional PT by Lindsay Byers. I was very impressed with the hands-on approach and felt that they were really open to any concerns that I might have had. After just 5 weeks, 3 days a week, I am walking without any issues whatsoever.I highly recommend this facility and their staff!
