About Lindsay Ryan

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Lindsay Ryan discovered her passion for movement at a young age. She built momentum as a dancer since the age of three and has continued to challenge her body’s limitations since then. Her desire to dance professionally drew her to San Francisco where she attended Saint Mary’s College of California and double majored in Dance and Pre-Physical Therapy. While receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from NYU, she continued to explore movement practices through gaining her Certified Strength and Conditioning Certification and is currently training to receive her Clinical Athlete Certification. While in New York, she has appeared in dance films, teaches various dance styles, and is currently a commercial and entertainment performer. As both an athlete and licensed physical therapist, she brings a deep understanding of the body—its mechanics, its resilience, and ability to transform. She seeks to create collaborative spaces with her patients that offer empowerment, healing, and discovery. Through first hand experience, she has tested the boundless capacity of the human body and is ready to serve as your movement expert.
