Lindsey Krevitsky, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist
91 Main St, Sayville, NY
I discovered my passion for hand therapy early on in my career path while observing right here at Professional Physical and Hand Therapy in preparation for my occupational therapy program. I was instantly fascinated by the specialty and quickly knew it was where my career would flourish. I began my professional journey in 2019 with Professional Physical and Hand Therapy, working closely with patients recovering from upper extremity injuries, including fractures, nerve injuries, tendon repairs, post-operative conditions, lacerations, and amputations, as well as providing custom-fabricated orthotics. As I’ve continued to grow both professionally and personally, my practice has expanded to include women’s health and pelvic floor therapy—an area that has become increasingly meaningful in my own life. Surrounded by countless women—friends, family members, and patients—I have seen firsthand how common pelvic floor dysfunction is, and how often women believe these symptoms are simply “normal.” They are not, and they can be treated! To further support this population, I earned my Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through the nationally recognized Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. I am passionate about creating a supportive, empowering environment where women feel heard, validated, and confident in their healing. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends and taking trail walks with my dog. I stay active through HIIT fitness, Pilates, and biking. I also love to cook and bake—especially when it involves trying a new recipe! Above all, I am dedicated to helping every patient feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey, and look forward to our time together!
