I am an ambitious Practice Founder, a heavy lifting fan, part-time Pilates princess, a calisthenics enthusiast, a handstand-is-my-life type of girl-you get the gist. I'm here because I know you want to look good, move well, and feel mighty fine. And I want that for you too. My approach focuses on the root, and the root is you-meeting you where you're at. I strongly believe in movements for life: getting you to move better, empowering you to be actively in charge of your health and physicality, and serving as your catalyst to achieve your physical goals. I specialize in orthopedic physical therapy, primarily addressing back pain, hip pain, and overall physical performance. I am also passionate about proper concussion and post-stroke rehabilitation.
