I create an open-minded, sex positive, and compassionate space where clients are free to both find and be their true selves. Through my integrated, client-centered approach, we'll work together to discover who you are, work through different pieces of your identity, and work through anything holding you back from being the fullest, most authentic version of yourself.
Many of my clients are adolescents and adults in the LGBTQ+ community looking to make positive changes in their lives. As a nonbinary clinician, I also work with clients who are questioning, accepting, and exploring gender identity. Other areas I specialize in include anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, ADHD, polyamorous relationships, and trauma.
My therapeutic style is genuine and prioritizes building meaningful connections. Above all, I care most about making sure my clients feel heard and like they have a sense of belonging.
