She employs evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. She individualizes treatment based on the person's diagnosis, needs, and strengths. Most importantly, Ms. Huang always provides a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can be open and vulnerable, with the opportunity to heal and grow.
