Jillian is patient, clear and calm in her approach which is what you want in couples counseling.

they charged me to make an appointment then they charged me after the visit then charged me again for the next visit. I only say this person once and got charged 3 times. then they tried to upsell me while messing up my charges. I spoke to the billing department they said that's standard to charge before and after. I asked so you're charging me a visit just to make an appointment then you charge me for the appointment. I said you're only allowed for a doctor visit to charge me and my insurance. watch out
