About Dr. Madison Ranalli

Madision Ranalli’s interest in physical therapy grew from a fascination with the human body and movement, shaped by her background as a competitive dancer and collegiate field hockey player. Her own sports injuries gave her firsthand insight into how injuries affect physical performance and confidence, inspiring her to help others through recovery. She values individualized care and strives to help patients become stronger, more confident, and ready to return to the activities they love. Madision completed Utica University’s accelerated 3+3 Doctor of Physical Therapy program, earning her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. During her time at Utica, she played five seasons of collegiate field hockey and served as a two-time team captain. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She completed her final clinical rotation at True Sports Physical Therapy in Hummelstown, gaining extensive experience treating patients in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation. Working alongside experienced clinicians strengthened her passion for sports physical therapy and prepared her to begin her career at True Sports. Madision particularly enjoys working with patients following ACL reconstruction, helping them navigate each stage of rehabilitation. She also has a personal connection to concussion and whiplash rehabilitation following her own sports-related injury, giving her a deeper understanding of the challenges patients face during recovery. Madision is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and has attended its Combined Sections Meetings, expanding her knowledge through emerging research, continuing education, and collaboration with fellow clinicians.
