I was given a clear outline in the first session as to how the therapy would progress. Dr. Marc is really well mannered & a great listener. Every session starts with a brief rundown of what workout/activity I did between sessions & how I felt. This allows Marc to adjust the therapy load for the session & give me feedback on whether I should keep progressing with my activities or cut back & rest. Marc himself does soft tissue work every session which I've found really effective. Dr. Akanksha, despite not being my primary therapist, stays updated on the progress & helped resolve queries around insurance coverage. The staff is friendly & competent. I've seen noticable progress with my injury & would highly recommend them to others.

I arrived at the address provided by Zocdoc which was 31 River ct, Jersey City, at the time also confirmed by Zocdoc via email and txt. It was a residential building and they confirmed that was no practice in there.
I called the provider, who told me they had not confirmed the appointment with Zocdoc and that the address in the portal was wrong.
I exchanged messages with Zocdoc, who said that “ideally” they will investigate what happened.
This is a circus and I am the clown.

A HUGE thanks to Marc! I developed tennis elbow from constant driving and long hours at my desk job. The pain got so bad that even simple tasks like pouring a drink or shaking hands became difficult. Marc was fantastic, he explained everything clearly and gave me a treatment plan that included hands-on therapy and easy exercises to do at home. Within a few weeks, my pain had significantly improved, and now I can work without discomfort. Highly recommend him!

Trust the process and Marc. After spraining my ankle on a hike, I could barely put weight on it. The swelling and pain wouldn't go away, so I was referred for physical therapy. From day one, Marc helped me move better and gave me exercises that actually worked. He also showed me how to improve my balance so I wouldn't keep rolling my ankle. Would definitely go back if I need PT again.

I had been struggling with nagging knee pain for months, and no matter what I did, it just wouldn't go away. I saw other providers who only focused on my knee, but the pain always came back. When I went to Dr. Marc, he took a completely different approach-he didn't just look at my knee but also assessed my hips, ankles, and even my posture and walking mechanics.
Turns out, my weak hip muscles and tight calves were putting extra stress on my knee. He created a personalized treatment plan that included hands-on therapy, targeted strengthening, and mobility work. Within a few weeks, I noticed a huge difference, not just in my knee pain, but in how I moved overall.
What I really appreciated was how thorough and knowledgeable he was. Instead of just treating the symptoms, he found the actual cause of my pain and gave me exercises and advice to prevent it from coming back. I would go back if I need PT again

I had been dealing with chronic plantar fasciitis for over a year, and nothing seemed to help. Every morning, I'd wake up with stabbing pain in my heel, and by the end of the day, even walking around my home was unbearable. I tried everything but the pain always came back.
Marc truly helped me recover. He took the time to assess my foot mechanics, gait, and flexibility and created a personalized treatment plan just for me. Through a combination of manual therapy, strengthening exercises, and adjustments to my daily routine, I finally started seeing real progress. Within a few weeks, the pain was noticeably less, and after a couple of months, I was back to walking long distances without discomfort.
Marc didn't just treat the symptoms, he helped me understand the root cause of my issue and how to prevent it from coming back. I can't thank him enough for giving me my mobility, and pain-free mornings, back!

I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel and had to work at a computer all day. The tingling and pain got so bad that I had trouble gripping my mouse. Marc helped me adjust my posture, showed me exercises to relieve the nerve pressure, and even worked on my shoulder and neck, which I didn't realize were part of the issue. After a few weeks, the numbness was gone, and I could work pain-free now. Thankful for Marc and their staff! They were all very nice and accommodating from the start and made my sessions very fun. I was looking forward to my physical therapy every week.

As someone who spends long hours at a desk working on a computer, I started developing constant neck pain and stiffness. It got to the point where I was having headaches and difficulty focusing at work. I tried adjusting my posture and getting a new chair, but nothing seemed to help.
Dr. Marc was very helpful. He didn't just treat my neck, he looked at my entire posture, shoulder mobility, and even how I was sitting throughout the day. He worked on releasing tension in my neck and upper back while also giving me exercises to strengthen my posture and prevent the pain from coming back. He even gave me ergonomic tips that made a huge difference. After just a few weeks, my pain was almost completely gone, and I feel so much better working at my desk now. If you're dealing with neck pain I highly recommend seeing Dr. Marc!
