About Dr. Marc Limandri

My interest in physical therapy began after sustaining shoulder and elbow injuries while playing baseball in high school. Through my own rehabilitation experience, I discovered the impact physical therapy can have on reducing pain, restoring function, and helping individuals return to the activities they love through movement and exercise. I graduated cum laude from Ithaca College’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, where I was honored with the Professional Excellence Award. I am also an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), reflecting on my advanced knowledge and expertise in orthopedic physical therapy. My clinical interests include sports rehabilitation, working with overhead athletes (baseball, football), runners, and active individuals looking to improve performance and return to the activities they enjoy. I also have a strong interest in post-operative rehabilitation, including rotator cuff repairs, ACL reconstructions, meniscus procedures, and total knee arthroplasties (TKAs). I enjoy helping patients navigate the recovery process, rebuild strength and confidence, and safely return to their desired level of activity. Whether working with competitive athletes, weekend warriors, or individuals recovering from surgery, my goal is to provide individualized, evidence-based care that helps patients move better, get stronger, and return to doing what they love.
