About Margaret Johnson

Maggie has been working as a Physical Therapist since graduating from Tufts University's School of Medicine with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2025. Her experience has focus on orthopedic rehabilitation throughout the lifespan as well as sports medicine rehabilitation. As an athlete growing up herself, Maggie became well aware of how effective high quality and consistent physical therapy can be. After a very involved shoulder surgery in 2015, Maggie had her own experience with physical therapy, sparking her love of the profession and the start of her journey towards joining other experts in the field. Maggie attended Endicott college, graduating in 2019 with her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training, with over 1000 hours of clinical experience both on sidelines of the athletic fields and in the athletic training room, rehabilitating her athletes returning from injury and illness. After graduating, Maggie worked as a per diem athletic trainer for various high schools around Cape Cod. During the summers, she took on the role of Head Athletic Trainer for the Yarmouth Dennis Red Sox, a member of the Cape Cod Baseball League, all the while spending several days a week as an in home healthcare provider and companion for her elderly grandparents. In 2022, Maggie was accepted into Tufts University School of Medicine DPT program, and spent a fruitful two and a half years learning how to be a compassionate and skillful practitioner. Since graduating in August in 2025, Maggie has been working in Professional's South Dennis, MA clinic; the very same that she spent three years working in as a rehab tech. After ten years practicing in various settings including athletic sidelines and athletic training rooms, orthopedic outpatient facilities, inpatient rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facilities, Maggie has accumulated a wealth of knowledge that she is excited to share and expand upon with her patients and peers.
