While the treatment itself felt comprehensive, they lied about being in network. Untrustworthy. In the other reviews, you can see that others have had this experience too.
Why do I think this?
I emailed ahead of time with my insurance; they confirmed they were in network. But when treatment was finished, they wanted me to compensate for 3x what I expected for in network, citing mumbo-jumbo about "modalities" and "codes." They maintained that although they were in network, they still needed to charge 3x.
The next day, I called my insurance with their NPI#, which the doctor provided to me on the phone (I didn't just look it up online), and insurance confirmed that they were in fact, out of network. Insurance and another provider I called regarding my insurance also had no idea what "modalities" meant and said my insurance covered all codes.
Generously, this office has no idea how to handle insurance; realistically, they lie about insurance to lure patients in.

Appointment time/date kept getting changed. Felt like I was being upsold for Botox and less conservative treatments for a relatively minor issue. They also advertised that they were in network for my insurance, but only told me they weren’t after I arrived. Will not be returning.

I’ve been dealing with a back injury/rib pain for 8 years now. After seeing several doctors, none of them took the time to figure out what was going on. Then I met Dr. Mark Samann.
The best way I can describe him is the “Dr. House” of physical therapy. He likes to problem solve and won’t let you leave until he’s figured it out. Even if it means bringing in the rest of his team. He takes as much time as he needs to not only diagnose your problem but get to know you and the lifestyle you live.
I HIGHLY recommend him.

Dr. Mark was excellent!! I am currently 38 weeks pregnant with sciatic pain. I walked into the office in an excruciating amount of pain and was able to walk out of there. He was very thorough with his diagnosis, and made sure that I wasn’t putting any strain on my belly, he took his time with his treatment and walked me through the at home exercises that I need to do in order to prevent the pain from getting to the point I was in when I walked in. He was extremely professional, I highly highly recommend Dr. Mark!!
I plan to come back for another session prior to and after giving birth.

Dr. Mark (and his partner Dr. Mike) are wonderful! They saw me together and worked on me for at least an hour to an hour and a half (but it felt like 5 mins, in a good way.) I'd been having terrible neck spasms that left me in pain all the time, but I left there being able to turn my neck for the first time in weeks! They talked me through every exercise and procedure, and listened to every symptom/issue I had. For the first time in ages, it felt like a doctor was actually listening to me! We worked out a a tentative plan of action, and I plan on seeing them on an ongoing manner. I'm so glad I found them, so I guess I owe Zocdoc a huge thank you.

Dr. Samaan is an excellent clinician, courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. He takes the time to understand my problems, and explains the necessary course of action. Each problem is addressed with a variety of techniques to ensure I feel better leaving the office. He is very attentive to my needs, and I cannot thank him enough for helping me through recovery!
