Dr. Mark "Chandler" Schumann, PT, DPT bio for Foundation Physical Therapy: Born in Texas, I spent several years growing up in Wyoming before moving to San Antonio and attending San Antonio Christian High School. Here, I became interested in physical therapy after my own knee injury exposed me to this career. I pursued my dream of becoming a PT by earning a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Texas A&M University and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, UT! I joined Foundation PT because I wanted to be part of a team that valued clinical excellence and continuing education. I will also be furthering these pursuits as I work towards completing a Fellowship in Sports and Orthopedic Manual Therapy through the Institute for Athlete Regeneration!
