Counseling and therapy is something I have been passionate about since I was very young when helping members of my own family. I learned how much I love helping others and being able to connect to someone by putting myself in their shoes. I have also seen how therapy has helped me become more self aware because our journey of self discovery never really ends. We are always learning new things and my goal is to help you become more aware of your strengths and give you the tools to better navigate personal challenges.
