What is your typical process for working with clients?

Mohammed works under the supervision of Richard Zekaria, LMHC, Senior Associate Clinician and Clinical Supervisor at Torres Mental Health Counseling Services, PLLC. You will receive a confirmation email from our office once your booking is confirmed. We have some preliminary documentation for you to complete within the ZocDoc system. However, due to varying needs, you will receive a link from our office to complete any additional forms. We ask that you complete all forms prior to your appointment so that we can be best prepared to assist you. An intake appointment is an information-gathering session designed to assess whether our practice is an appropriate level of care and to evaluate for any risk factors. Following the intake, you will be scheduled for a recurring appointment on specific days and times that work for you.

We submit and accept payments for insurances we are in network with (Aetna, Cigna, and Northwell Direct). Reduced rates may be available to those who are uninsured. If you have a plan which we are not in-network with we will provide a "super bill" for you to be reimbursed from your insurance carrier. Please note that this option is only available to you if you have out of network benefits.
