I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15-plus years of experience in the field and a deep passion for mental wellness. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for people of all cultures, faiths, and lifestyles, and a strong ally for the LGBTQIA+ community. My treatment style is varied and eclectic.

In my work with clients, I bring a deeply personalized touch, rooted in a trauma-informed and client-centered approach that has evolved over my more than two decades in social work, case management, and behavioral health.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
