Dr. Martin Daszykowski, DPT

Physical Therapist
100 Maplewood Ave, Clearwater, FL
At Restored Physical Therapy, my goal is to help each patient move better, feel stronger, stay active, and live fuller. I believe effective physical therapy should go beyond simply treating symptoms—it should help patients understand their condition, regain confidence in movement, and develop the tools they need to maintain their progress. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 15 years of clinical experience treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions across the lifespan, from pediatric to geriatric patients. My clinical background includes both surgical and non-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, mobility limitations, sports and activity-related injuries, and movement dysfunction. My approach combines individualized therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, movement assessment, patient education, and functional rehabilitation. I also have advanced training and experience in dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques, cupping and myofascial release, kinematic taping, and functional movement assessment. I take the time to listen to each patient and understand how their symptoms are affecting their daily life, work, exercise, and overall well-being. Treatment is personalized to the individual—not simply the diagnosis. Whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery, dealing with persistent pain or stiffness, trying to return to an active lifestyle, or looking to improve strength and mobility before problems develop, my goal is to help you restore function and move with greater confidence. **Credentials:** PT, DPT, COMT, Cert. DN, KTCC **Education:** Florida International University (FIU)
