About Dr. Marvelyn Tiziani

Dr. Tiziani’s passion for physical therapy began at a young age. After suffering multiple ACL tears, which ultimately ended her ballerina career, she was inspired to pursue a career in rehabilitation. Marvelyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science at Monmouth University, graduating Cum Laude in 2017. Throughout her education, she also earned several certifications in her free time, including NASM Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise, NASM Behavioral Change Specialist, MOSSA Cycle, Rock Steady Boxing, PWR!, LSVT BIG Certification, 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Love Your Brain, TRX, and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Before attending physical therapy school at Kean University, where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree graduating Cum Laude in May 2021, Marvelyn trained high-level athletes as a strength and conditioning specialist. She then went on to become a Board-Certified Specialist in Neurology Physical Therapy in March 2023. Marvelyn loves anything that has to do with exercise—you might see her at your local specialty gyms teaching group fitness classes.

Showed up at the office for my appointment and the office was closed. Tried calling and no one answered. Not happy. I don’t live around the corner and wasted an hour of my life for nothing.
