About Dr. Matthew Ball

Matthew earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2021. Prior to this, he attended Hood College in Frederick, Maryland for his bachelor’s degree in biology and minor in chemistry in 2019. During his time at Hood he swam four years and remains a Hood record holder in the 200 yard butterfly. He also completed an internship at Fort Detrick’s Biological Research Facility. Matt grew up in Westminster, Maryland and partially attended high school at Winters Mill. The remaining years of high school he was home educated in order to travel cross country to national parks over the school year. Matt has traveled to over 50 national parks and monuments. In his free time Matt enjoys skiing, cycling, hiking, golfing and any form of outdoor activity. Matt enjoys treating a variety of patients' presentations including: orthopedic, vestibular, and neurologic. Matt looks forward to building a relationship with his patients as he assists them in reaching their goals and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
