Dr. Fallon uses attachment theory as a theoretical basis for conceptualization and integrates psychodynamic and skills-based interventions from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), depending on client presentation and need. Dr. Fallon believes that connection, collaboration, and radical genuineness in the therapeutic relationship are essential factors in facilitating insight and change.
