Most relevant

Completely condescending and generally unfriendly. Quite literally laughed at my lack of muscle in a specific area, spoke in a demeaning tone; at one point even left me to go talk amongst her peers despite the fact I was new to the movements / PT in general. FWIW, the other folks at Ivy seem great.
