About Dr. Megan Grable

She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Virginia Tech in 2006, and continued to Old Dominion University to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010. She has been practicing in outpatient medicine for 15 years, and is also a Manual Lymphatic Drainage Specialist. Megan was recently selected as an outstanding therapist all of North Carolina for Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy! Working as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation has provided Megan substantial background in manual therapy with joint mobilization, dry needling, cupping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage, sacroiliac joint reduction techniques, Manual Lymph Drainage massage, Kinesio Taping, and return-to-sport rehabilitation. She has immersed herself into continuing education classes to better develop her diagnosing skills for all pathologies beyond her doctorate. Her passion for work comes from going beyond the symptoms and correcting the source of pain with a hands-on approach to improving patient function. Outside of work, Megan enjoys pickleball, being outdoors, and spending time with her fiance and rescue dogs.
