Accepting NEW clients now! Weekends, evenings, in-person and virtual openings available now. We have a playroom with various toys, group room for multiple people and a welcoming traditional therapy room. (CBT and DBT techniques offered daily) Pay with flexibility based upon your insurance or household income! In-person office and online Tele-help appointments available. Evening and weekend appointments available. We service ages 3 through 24 years of age and their family. Ask about our support groups for children and parents.
We specialize in school issues, self-harm, behavior problems, changing children's negative thoughts into positive, helping isolated individuals become more outgoing, creative play therapy and relaxing meditation. Do you or your family member isolate, have anxiety, get overwhelmed and/or overthinking?
Sometimes you just need someone you can trust to just listen to you and not judge what you are saying. School absent notes given for day appts. Weekends, evenings, in-person and virtual openings available now.
