Getting to know Madison Navarre

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a therapist who cares deeply about helping people work through life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. I offer a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can share your story openly. Together, we’ll work on setting meaningful goals and building coping skills that help you live in alignment with your values and purpose. I use evidence-based methods that help you understand your thoughts and feelings, shift unhelpful patterns, and connect with what matters most to you. The provider is supervised by Jessica C. Lewis, MS, LPC-S.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer a healing space for adults across Texas. I provide affordable therapy with flexible scheduling because I believe everyone is worthy of accessible, quality mental health care. I use a collaborative approach based on the belief that each person I work with is the expert of their own experience. The answers you’re looking for are already inside you - sometimes it just takes the right support to uncover them.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to have questions about the process. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and supported from the beginning. Whether you’re coming to therapy for the first time or returning after a break, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We’ll review informed consent to understand your rights in therapy and my responsibilities as your therapist. You’ll have the opportunity to share your main concerns and goals, and I’ll explain a bit about my approach so you can get a feel for how I work. I value questions and feedback throughout the entire therapeutic journey. In the sessions that follow, we’ll begin working toward your goals through ongoing conversation, reflection, and skill-building. Sessions are typically held weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs and schedule.
