What should a new client know about working with you?

My work is grounded in trauma-informed and person-centered care. I often integrate child-centered play therapy, narrative therapy, parts work, and emotional regulation skills into my sessions. At the end of the day, you are the expert in your own life and we will work together to tailor treatment to your unique needs, strengths, and goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After our time together, my hope is that you feel more confident in your abilities, more connected to your relationships, and more accepting of all the parts of yourself. As Carl Rogers said, “the curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I change.” It would be my honor to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
