What should a new client know about working with you?

I'll ask you what you most want for yourself and what's standing in your way. We'll explore those questions with you leading the way and me supporting you towards self-discovery, development, growth, and fulfillment of what it is you determine you most want for yourself. We'll talk about your values, interests, strengths, vision, what works for you to build on and move your life forward. We'll address barriers and work on coping skills and mental health maintenance for your day by day life's work .

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I do practice talk therapy and will work with you to focus on what you most want to work on and toward (your goal/s). If unsure, we'll explore your values and interests for clarification. I often help clients develop self-awareness, emotional and physical coping, preparatory, and problem solving skills. These can foster goal fulfillment and life satisfaction. Your awareness of what is helpful and what you want to work on supports your success. I will offer ideas and support, but you control the process.
