About Meredith McHale Cahalan

Meredith has been practicing outpatient physical therapy since 2006. Her interest began in high school while playing lacrosse. She studied exercise science at Manhattan College, earning her bachelor's degree, and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Meredith has treated a variety of orthopedic conditions throughout her career and loves celebrating the success of her patients when they achieve their goals. She enjoys spending time with her family and son, as well as the beach and skiing.
