He received specialized spine training through the Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy Residency and Fellowship Programs. He has also sought out specialized training in TMJ/TMD working with the world renowned practitioners in the field, Dr. Mariano Rocabado and Dr. Steve Kraus. He has been lecturing to southern NH and Maine dental practices and dental societies on the conservative management of TMD. Mike also has a special interest in preventative medicine and rehabilitating the injured baseball player. As he watched his son grow and play for many different baseball teams through the late teen years, his goal was to keep him healthy and on the field. Mike has offered off season and in season seminars to local baseball teams and their pitching staff to reduce the chance of throwing injuries. Mike lives at home with his wife, son and daughter. They enjoy skiing in the winter. During Spring, summer and fall they will be on the baseball field or soccer pitch. If the weather is right, you might find Mike riding his antique Bianchi road bike around the seacoast.

Treated for left shoulder issues in hopes of avoiding near term surgery. Mike is extremely gifted in the PT world. I have been treated by him previously and I am always very happy with the outcome. He is thorough and knows how to target the problem areas to improve function and eliminate the pain these areas cause. The program he developed is effectively directed by the exercise staff/ trainers who were great to work with. I highly recommend Mike and Professional Physical Therapy in Somersworth NH.
