During his undergraduate career, Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree in nutritional science with a focus on nutrition for exercise and sport. He has been working as a fitness professional since 2013, earning multiple certifications in disciplines like Pilates, TRX Suspension Training®, and most recently, as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Mike takes pride in helping his patients use functional exercises to transition back into performing everyday activities. In his spare time, you can find Mike staying active with his golden retriever Arlo or watching either the Patriots or the Bruins. Mike is excited to work with you to reach your goals!
