About Dr. Michaella Yentz

Michaella earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Emory University. Her passion for physical therapy began through her lifelong experience as a ballet dancer, where she developed a deep appreciation for movement. These experiences inspired her to pursue a career helping individuals recover from injury, optimize performance, and return to the activities they love. Throughout her clinical training, Michaella gained experience treating a wide variety of conditions in outpatient orthopedics, including post-operative rehabilitation, acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, and other orthopedic conditions. She has particular experience working with dancers and performing artists, understanding the unique physical demands of dance and the importance of returning to activity safely while maximizing performance and minimizing the risk of future injury. Michaella is passionate about providing individualized, one-on-one care and utilizes a combination of evidence-based treatment, hands-on techniques, and personalized exercise programs to help patients achieve their goals. Outside of the clinic, Michaella enjoys trying new restaurants, taking Pilates classes, and spending time thrifting.
