About Michelle Ezeh

As a former multi-sport athlete, I always maintained a close relationship with athletic trainers and physical therapists. About three years into my undergraduate studies as a pre-med biology student at Kennesaw State University, I realized my interests were shifting. While I still wanted to remain in the medical field, my passion for emergency medicine had faded. What never changed was my desire to help others regain strength, function, and confidence in their movement. With the encouragement of my mother and through shadowing physical therapists at a veterans hospital, I discovered where I truly belonged. I became a therapy aide shortly before being accepted into the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Miami, where I trained in a manual therapy–centered program that continues to shape my clinical approach. Throughout my education, I worked alongside skilled physicians, therapists, and educators across a variety of settings, including acute care, outpatient orthopedics, long-term acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation. I have had the privilege of treating a wide range of conditions, from post-operative orthopedic cases such as joint replacements to neurological diagnoses including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis. I have also gained valuable exposure to pelvic floor therapy, pediatric care, general wellness, and cardiopulmonary management. After completing my final clinical rotation with Professional Physical Therapy, I was excited to officially join the PPT family as I begin my career as a clinician. I am fortunate to work alongside dedicated professionals who prioritize patient-centered care while continually striving for growth and excellence
