This did not feel like an office staffed by qualified, attentive workers. Would not recommend.
The doctor himself was kind and seemed knowledgeable, but I didn't get the sense that he got a full picture of my concern or how best to treat me in our initial consultation.
On my 2nd visit, and thus first true session of PT, I was put on "the bike" to, I guess (?) warm up my body, despite the fact that I told the doctor I had just biked to the office. Why would I need to sit on a bike again for 10 minutes?
Then I was sent to a stretching machine for 10 reps, which felt nice but that was the entirety of any "exercise" I did.
Then I was sent to a stimulation machine for about 20 minutes. Someone came in the room only to check how much time I had left.
All while this was going on, I saw many of his staff members chatting and sitting around. I'm no expert, but is it not appropriate for your staff to check in with patients as they're doing PT, especially a new patient?

This doctor basically took care of me for free because of the extreme level of pain I was in from a weightlifting injury and didn’t know where to go. Ultimately he could not help but this is a very kind person and I would not hesitate to go back for PT if needed in the future. Thanks for taking care of me!

Busy practice but Vin and his assistants were aware of everything going on. I felt well taken care of. The staff is Very sympathetic and encouraging. Best PT I’ve gone to so far!!
