My journey as a physical therapist began as an avid exercise enthusiast combined with a passion for helping others. Following several different stints after college volunteering at various rehab settings, I was fortunate to attend the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, where I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy. My passion is to help people eliminate pain, restore function, and achieve their goals in all aspects of life. I strive to understand my patients' overall concerns from both physical and mental perspectives to address the root cause.
