“Nick is a fantastic therapist. He was very helpful with setting up multiple types of exercises at different stages of my recovery, and I had a speedy recovery from a back injury thanks to him. He's also just a great all-round guy to talk to and hang out with! I'm super glad to have gotten to know him and I'll definitely be back to see him if I ever have any issues in the future.”

I worked with Dr Nick for back pain and was completely pain free after only two weeks. Dr. Nick is the best.
Not covered in-network by Aetna even though Zocdoc said it was covered. Good provider otherwise

Nick is a fantastic therapist. He was very helpful with setting up multiple types of exercises at different stages of my recovery, and I had a speedy recovery from a back injury thanks to him. He's also just a great all-round guy to talk to and hang out with! I'm super glad to have gotten to know him and I'll definitely be back to see him if I ever have any issues in the future.
I met with Nick for several sessions for help with knee and quad pain. During the course of the treatment, Nick was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and creating workouts to help with the pain. Over the span of the sessions, I went from struggling to walk down the stairs to being able to run again. Would recommend for any lower body issues!
Nicholas has been a phenomenal PT partner on my herniated disc recovery journey. He makes his patients feel very at ease, starting every session with asking how I'm feeling and if anything feels different. Each session is tailored according to how I answer those questions, so it feels as though I have very agile, customized care. Nicholas also does a good job of pushing you in an encouraging way where he feels it makes sense (which is different from other PTs I've worked with in the past where sessions feel static). As a result, I've had significant progress in the time I've been seeing him. He's very communicative if I have questions when not in the facility and flexible with scheduling if things arise. Additionally it's a small office and the staff is supportive so you'll be in great hands here.
Words can’t even describe how thankful I am for the care and amazing treatment I’ve received from Nick Puleo. I suffered for months from lower back pain which was made worse by extended office hours. With the help of Nick Puleo, I have found ways to help mitigate my pain and strengthen the surrounding body parts to properly function throughout my work day.
Nick helped me with knee pain i was facing ahead of a half marathon. Every week we checked in, modified exercises or did cupping accordingly. He also helped me come up with a run training program. Additionally, he served as a source of strength in the moments I doubted myself leading up to the race. Overall I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a PT who is effective at thinking on his feet and cares for his patients.
I had an incredible experience with Nick! His expertise, dedication, and personalized approach to my recovery were truly exceptional. Nick's positive attitude and encouragement made each session enjoyable, and I saw remarkable progress under his guidance. I highly recommend Nick for anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate physical therapist.
I was treated at Lifestyle Physical Therapy by Dr. Nick Puleo for lower back pain and was so pleased with the entire experience. High quality, one-on-one, friendly, clean, knowledgeable and extremely effective. Thank you so much Nick for helping me.
Nick is the best! He has been helping me recover from a foot/ankle injury. I sustained while running. He is intuitive, smart, and has really helped get me back on walk.
I've had a series of injuries over the years as a multi-sport athlete and Nick's is hands down the top PT I've seen. I have frozen shoulder now - an 18 month healing cycle - and we've created a constructive yet aggressive recovery plan to do whatever we can to heal quickly. PLUS our metric of success isn't "everyone else's range of motion", but my own. You want your PT to treat you, not the average. Don't hesitate.
I couldn't be happier with the care I received from Nick. His friendly demeanor, professionalism, and effective treatment approach made each session enjoyable and productive. Thanks to his help, I am making a lot of progress. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of physical therapy.
Nick is such an effective PT! He is thoughtful, patient, and creative with rehab exercises. He makes sure you understand what the problem is, and how to fix it. He also gives you his undivided attention - I never feel rushed or not listened to. The entire office is so friendly. Highly recommend!
Dr. Nick Puleo treated my shoulder for a rotator cuff tear and he rehabbed back to full strength. No surgery required!!! He is smart, engaging, thorough and makes sense. Highly recommend.
Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr Puleo. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, he made each session productive and positive. His personalized approach to therapy and unwavering support have significantly contributed to my recovery. Highly recommend to anyone in need of expert physical therapy services!
Nick has been amazing. Very knowledgeable and super attentive. He got right to the bottom of my issues and set out weekly programs and steps towards improvement which he checked in on with each visit. I'd highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to fix an injury or ailment that's been affecting their everyday.
