Dr. Nidhi Patel is a licensed physical therapist who received her master's degree in Kinesiology from Long Island University. She is known for offering exceptional patient-service skills and has a history of clinical excellence. She treats patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions such as neck/back pain, radiculopathy, tension headaches/migraine, TMJ, shoulder rotator cuff injuries, elbow/wrist/knee/ankle injuries, ligament sprains, tendonitis, pre/postnatal care, and pre/post-surgery physical therapy.

I was really happy with my experience seeing Dr. Patel. She was super attentive and really listened to my concerns and helped me to understand the best course of action for rehabilitation of my injury. Since recovery from my injury is something more time sensitive, she and her office worked really hard to make sure that she could get me into her schedule, for which I am really appreciative.

I've bene going to see both Nidhi and Vrushali for the past several weeks due to a sprained wrist and I can say nothing be amazing things about them both. They're both super professional and super sweet!
They really take the time to listen to how I got injured, any previous injuries, ad what my week has looked like to get a better understanding of why my injury isn't getting better. Which has nothing to do with them, but mainly cause I'm still using my wrist on a day to day basis. Despite that, I do believe that my sprained wrist is getting better with all the care and efforts they are putting in when treating me.

Dr. Nidhi is an absolute godsend. I came to her with an emergency sore neck and she was able to fit me into her schedule immediately and schedule follow ups soon after. Her first priority was so get me feeling good again straight away - no messing about or wasting time with insurance or $$ etc. She is super professional yet approachable and warm, and very knowledgeable about the body. She knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. I expected her to just send me away to do home exercises like other PTs, but she worked on my neck and shoulder area with machines and manual therapy the entire time (her pressure was perfect too). I am so happy to have met her and actually have faith she'll heal my issue!

I had great Physical Therapy experience with her. I have been dealing with pain and stiffness in low back since a while and her hands on experience has helped me reaching amazing range of motion and improvement in pain. Nidhi was excellent. Highly recommended. I came in with a severe muscle pull, bad enough that I couldn't walk; and Nidhi new exactly what to do. She went through several treatments including massage, electrical stimulation, sonogram, heat lamp, cold spray, and gave me exercises to work on at home. She did not hurry me through the visit and was very easy to talk with. I've been to a lot of PT before as a musician and athlete and I can say this was one of the better experiences I've had.

Of course time will tell in terms of my healing, but my first appointment was very promising. I liked Dr. Patel very much and felt that she understood my issue. She used a couple of different methods to work to relieve my pain and gave me an initial exercise to do to slowly start strengthening the weak muscles that are certainly part of the problem. I look forward to continuing to work with her.
