About Dr. Nurah Hemeida
As a Fellow of Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Dr. Nurah Hemeida, PT, DPT FAAOMPT, CSCS, is in the 1% of Physical Therapists, with a wealth of knowledge and certified expertise in orthopedic rehab and manual treatment.
Nurah holds a degree from The University of Texas in Human Kinesiology as well as a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Women's University. Nurah also holds her CSCS certification, giving her a solid foundation in strength and conditioning for all return to sport athletes from high school to the professional level.
In her free time Dr. Nurah enjoys running half marathons, reading, traveling and enjoying time with her family. She is actively involved in a variety of community organizations, assisting with the rehab and strength training for a local running club that has hundreds of athletes.
Nurah also dedicates time monthly to volunteering at the ICNA Relief Clinic, providing much needed medical care to those that would not otherwise be able to afford it.
Previous professional experience includes athletes from almost every NFL team, Sacramento kings, MLS, and USA Gymnastics - to name a few.

She was very knowledge in my running injury. She helped get me back into competition in a couple of weeks. She was able to explain and walk in through exercises to do at home and in the therapy area. I felt like i got the most out of therapy with her.

Nurah was so great with my daughter's physical therapy after her injury in gymnastics! She was instrumental in her recovery to return to her sport just in time for meet season. All the staff at PMST are AMAZING!

This wasn't like any other PT experience I have ever had. Dr. Nurah explained everything to me, and guided me one on one through the entire experience. The program was continually changing as I was improving. I would highly recommend Dr. Nurah and PMST.

Dr. Nurah communicates extremely well, is very patient and wow does she know her stuff. My surgeon told me I would need 12 weeks to recover and by week 9 of PT I had made a full recovery - now we're working on strength and performance. Couldn't be happier!
