Physical Therapist
25 W 14th St, Inside Complete Gym, New York, NY
Dr. Trish Stallone has been an orthopedic and sports Physical Therapist for over 20 years. She graduated from Columbia University in 2001 and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2022. She has extensive experience in post-operative orthopedics—from sports injuries of the shoulder, knee, and ankle to stabilization surgeries of the spine and joint replacements due to wear and tear. Trish has worked in traditional physical therapy practices and several sports and conditioning facilities in NYC. Throughout her career, she has cultivated expertise across the full spectrum, from injured patients to athletes. While she has worked with several VIPs and celebrities, Trish prefers to treat athletes of all skill levels, from novice to professional. She has treated MMA fighters, soccer, tennis, and baseball players, dancers, and CrossFit athletes, as well as many runners, cyclists, and triathletes. Trish also understands the unique “sports” of the modern New Yorker—whether heavy squatting with a trainer or a HIIT-style fitness class. Working with various athletes has helped her understand the mindset and skills needed to perform at a high level and impart that knowledge to those growing their athleticism. It has also made clear the necessity of individualized mobility and recovery routines that allow consistent performance without injury, regardless of skill level. Knowing the ins and outs of many exercise favorites, she can perform sport-specific rehab, improve functional mobility, help with injury prevention, and suggest active alternatives that allow smarter, pain-free paths to fitness goals. She loves connecting with new personalities, learning about new sports, and helping people juggle athleticism with stress management, work, and family life. Trish hopes to guide her clients’ fitness journeys so they are long, healthy, and free of pain. In her free time, Trish loves kettlebells, Pilates, and cycling.
