About Patrick Barron
Patrick graduated from Carroll University in Waukesha, WI in 2000 with a Masters of Physical Therapy. With a major in Biology, but a personal background working with his father in home construction, he gravitated toward a physical therapy approach based on building a solid foundation with some creative design.
As a PT for over 20 years, he perfected the use of corrective exercise to solve the complexities of movement that prevent your body from healing itself when injured. He added a vestibular rehab specialty (2006 Herdman certified) and has successfully treated over a thousand patients with dizziness and balance disorders.
Patrick is passionate about teaching his patients clever strategies that allow them to return to everyday tasks possible without pain, while delivering it in a way that is accessible to patients who are frustrated with high copays and deductibles.

Patrick Is the Best Physical Therapist I’ve Ever Worked With – 10/10
I’ve worked with more than a dozen physical therapists and doctors over the past 12+ years to address some chronic spinal issues and neuropathy —none have come close to the level insight Patrick provides.
What makes him exceptional is that he doesn’t rely on the same basic routines used everywhere else. Patrick takes the time to truly understand what’s happening inside your body — your anatomy, your movement mechanics, your symptoms — and creates a completely personalized plan. He introduced exercises I’d never been shown before, despite years of prior treatment, and they made an immediate difference.
During every session, his team closely monitor each rep to make sure your form is spot on. That kind of precision and attention is truly unique.
If you’ve been dealing with long-term or complex issues and haven’t gotten results elsewhere, go see Patrick. Highly recommended.

I came to Fastback Physical Therapy with acute cervical spine pain and I finished my treatment program 6 weeks later feeling 100% better. Excellent staff, from the front desk admin to the PT assistants and therapists. I worked with Ashley, Justin, plus Brie and Anna. They were each exceptional in implementing the treatment plan and how they so positively interacted with me. A great vibe all around. If you need physical therapy I highly recommend Fastback. I've worked with Patrick and his team for three separate injuries/discomforts over the past couple of years. Each time, I have left my blocks of treatments not only feeling better, but also armed with knowledge on movement patterns and how to continue with better functional maintenance. Justin was great this past session motivating me and helping me sustain progress, and I'm happy to be able to get back to running after a short time. The whole staff is friendly and personal, and have really taken the time to get to know not only the physical issues I've had, but also my personal goals. Although I never wish to need their services, I wouldn't hesitate to come back.
