About Patrick Watson

Patrick received his Bachelor's degree in Community Health from Hofstra University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from New York Medical College. He focuses on the treatment of orthopedic and sports injuries. Growing up in Yorktown, New York, Patrick played soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. He played Division I lacrosse throughout his years at Hofstra. Throughout his career, Patrick has personally experienced a wide range of injuries that required physical therapy, each time returning to play lacrosse. These experiences led him to realize that physical therapy was a profession where he could have a positive impact on others. This valuable insight, combined with an understanding of the hard work and partnership required between patient and therapist, contributes to his patients' success and excellent outcomes. Patrick's approach applies his physical therapy education through a combination of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to help patients return to optimal function and achieve their goals. In his free time, Patrick continues to play club lacrosse and enjoys golfing and skiing.
