Patrizia “Trish” Tolentino graduated from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the same institution in May 2020. She has refined her skills across various clinics and hospitals throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, treating a wide range of conditions including sports-related injuries, orthopedic and vestibular disorders, as well as cardiovascular and neurological conditions. Her patient care spans all ages — from pediatrics to geriatrics. Trish’s passion for physical therapy was born from her own experiences as an athlete. After dealing with chronic pain from overtraining, she was able to avoid surgery through proper rehabilitation — an experience that revealed the powerful role physical therapy plays in restoring health and improving quality of life. Having faced injuries herself, Trish understands that physical activity is not only vital for daily function but often a core part of one’s identity. Her mission is to help individuals stay healthy, active, and confident in their movement. She is certified in dry needling and is currently pursuing her certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. She also aims to become a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner to further expand her clinical expertise.
