About Dr. Phillip Higgins

Dr. Phillip Higgins, PT, DPT, SCS, received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York University. He is a board-certified clinical specialist in sports rehabilitation (SCS). After completing his Doctorate, Phillip worked at a private sports rehabilitation clinic in New York City. He then joined the University of Washington Sports Medicine Center at Husky Stadium in 2014, where he worked extensively with the UW community, as well as high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. Phillip has experience working with Olympic Hopefuls, as well as professional players from the NHL, MLB, NBA, NFL, and NWSL. He is also a certified Titleist Performance Institute Level 3 Medical Professional; by understanding how the human body functions relative to an individual’s golf swing, Phillip is able to diagnose and rehabilitate golfers of all abilities
